Location
The Hind welcomes guests with disabilities, together with their enablers or carers, and we
actively seek to promote and to provide equal opportunity for all guests visiting the hotel.
The listed building status of The Hind constrains the hotels’ capacity to offer an inclusive
environment.
There are small steps adjoining the different areas of the building. The majority of the bedrooms are on the upper floors and are only accessible via a staircase. There are bedrooms that are accessible from the courtyard via two small steps. In addition, the Oak Beamed Restaurant and Coffee Shop are situated on the ground floor.
There is a portable induction loop located at the Reception counter.
The staff at the hotel will assist guests with disabilities. It is strongly recommended
that guests advise the hotel of their disability at the time of booking.
